Ella first reached out to me pre-covid and was one of several clients whose shoots were postponed due to lockdown. When we finally did get together, her session went beautifully. Such a loving family, Ella and Tim were happy to let the kids be kids and work around what they gave us. I believe this is the key to success in a family shoot with small children. Don’t expect too much from your children, but relax into what they bring, and remain attentive to their needs. My job is to remain quietly in charge, try to keep it fun and see the opportunities for beautiful images as they present themselves.
